  • BODYPUMP: WHAT IS BODYPUMP? BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
  • BODYFLOW: WHAT IS BODYFLOW? Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. BODYFLOW is available as either a 55 or 45 -minute workout.
  • BODYSTEP: WHAT IS BODYSTEP? Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body.. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.Our instructors coach you through the workout. BODYSTEP is available as either as a 45 minute workout.
  • CXWORX: WHAT IS CXWORX? Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
  • R.I.P.P.E.D.: WHAT IS R.I.P.P.E.D.? The One Stop Body Shock® a fitness program that encompasses all aspects of physical fitness which R.I.P.P.E.D. is an acronym for: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. The first five components are taught in a 50 minute class, while the last component, Diet, can be found here on the website. R.I.P.P.E.D. is designed for all fitness levels, allowing a gym novice and trained athlete to both feel an intense full body workout.The R.I.P.P.E.D. class follows its acronym and changes up the workout every 6 to 9 minutes, allowing every muscle group to get a quick yet effective workout.
  • TRX MAX: WHAT IS TRI MAX? TRX MAX combines suspension training and athletic intervals in one class. The workout is sure to fire up your metabolism, get you lean and strong, and burn calories to the MAX!This unique class uses the TRX Suspension Trainer system. Exercises in this class are 100% modifiable for all levels of fitness allowing you to work at the intensity level you choose. No previous TRX experience is required. TRX MAX is a 45 minute workout.
  • Zumba Gold: Zumba Gold® keeps you in the groove of life! Zumba Gold takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. It’s a dancefitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun. Zumba Gold is a 45 minute workout.

  • BOGA FIT: What is BOGA FIT??? Get ready to make a splash with BOGA FIT. Hop aboard an inflatable BOGA board for a class on the water that will improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. BOGA FIT offers a unique workout on water utilizing traditional gym workouts, like burpees, push ups, sit ups. BOGA FIT also provides a unique, unstable environment which encourages participants to engage core muscles and improve balance while sitting, kneeling or standing on an inflatable board larger than a yoga mat.
  • Channel Craze: What is Channel Craze??? Need an extra push? Channel Craze is designed to keep you on your toes! This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day! We will challenge you at every class! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared for a high intensity workout! Channel Craze takes place in the current channel.
  • Deep Water Aerobics: What is Deep Water Aerobics??? Participants use a buoyancy belt in this class to remain vertical in the deep water without submerging. This class is held in the diving well (deep water) of the pool. A low impact but HIGH intensity water aerobic class where no swimming skills are needed. You will increase muscle strength, build endurance, increase flexibility. Deep Water Aerobics is a high cardio, core and upper body workout, with the benefits of reducing blood pressure, relieve stress and decrease anxiety, helps alleviate pressure on joints and burn calories.
  • Silver Sneakers Splash: What is Silver Sneakers Splash??? A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.
