Mrs. Ericson and Mr. Ledwein

Congratulations to our new student council members! In Mrs. Ericson’s room the reps are Alex F. and Belle S. The reps in Mr. Ledwein’s room are Jayden H. and Aiva R. Good luck!

Outdoor Education Day is Wednesday, September 19th. We will leave at 9:30 and return around 2:00. Each class stays together to visit the six different stations. The stations include wildlife, pond life, soil, forestry, water cycle, and conservation. All students will need a sack lunch and beverage on Wednesday. We will be outside all day, so please help your child dress appropriately for the weather (dress in layers). Long pants and tennis shoes are recommended. Cell phones and other electronics are not allowed. No sandals or flip flops.

The Physical Education teachers are participating in “Bring Your Parent to Phy Ed”. If you would like to join your child for his/her physical education class, please come from 2:55 – 3:40 on Monday, September 24th (Ericson’s class) or Wednesday, September 26th (Ledwein’s class). If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Bastyr or Mrs. Smith at 758-1537.

We are starting a “Surprise” project which is optional for the students. If your child wants to complete the project, the cost is $6 per project. They may complete more than one, but must pay for each project. Please send cash only. Again, this is a completely optional project.
