Distribution Process

Chromebooks are distributed to middle and high school students by following the procedures listed below. Please review all the information to ensure you know the available dates/times and have submitted the required Parent Agreement Form & Fee.

Middle School

Step 1: Agreement Form
Please review the Agreement Form.

Step 2: Technology Use & Support Fee
Submit the ($25) annual payment online.

Step 3: Check-Out Your Device
Devices are distributed during Advisory:

MS Parent Information Night 

Mon., Aug. 13th - MS Auditorium
5:00 - 5:30 pm for 6th grade parents

MS Chromebook Distribution

Tuesday, August 28th in Advisory
Second day of school during Advisory class

 

 

High School

Step 1: Agreement Form

Step 2: Technology Use & Support Fee
Submit the ($25) annual payment online.

Step 3: Check-Out Your Device
Pick up your device on August 22nd:

HS Check-Out Dates & Times

Wed., August 22nd - HS Media Center
8 am - 5 pm Open House (grades 9 - 12)
5 pm - 8 pm Open House (10th - 12th only)

NOTE: All fees/fines must be paid in full before a student can pick up their Chromebook. Students who do not pick up their devices on August 22nd will receive their Chromebooks during 1st period on the first day of school (if all fees/fines paid).

 Required Parent Agreement Form & Fee

Important: The form & fee listed in the steps above must be submitted online prior to the student receiving his/her Chromebook. Devices cannot be checked-out to students who have not submitted the fee. For your convenience, we encourage you to complete this task prior your distribution date.
