My name is Kristina Madigan and this is my 20th year teaching in the New
Prague District. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus
College in St. Peter and my Master's Degree from St. Mary's University.
Prior to moving to New Prague, my husband John and I lived in Colorado
Springs, CO where I taught kindergarten and then 2nd grade. We moved back in
1996, and I taught remedial reading and math to grades K-5 in the Apple Valley
school district before being hired here in New Prague. I have 3 children:
Emily,age 23, Erik, age 20, and Carly, age 18.
Our class mission will be to create a community of learners who actively
participate in our daily routines, feel safe and respected, and who try their
best each day to create high quality work. We will work hard to achieve our
fullest potential as students, friends and classmates. We will strive to
make this the best fourth grade year ever!
