Welcome to Kindergarten!!

I'm Mrs. Pfarr and I will be your child's Kindergarten Teacher this year. I am looking forward to meeting you at your child's assessment conference on Aug. 27th or 28th. At this time, you will get a chance to see the classroom and drop off school supplies. I will get the chance to work one on one with your child and get to know them a little bit better before the first day of school.

All About Mrs. Pfarr

Please allow me to introduce myself and tell you how very excited I am to have your child in my class. My name is Mollie Pfarr. I grew up in Prior Lake with my parents, old sister, and younger brother. I now live in the small town of Henderson with my husband and my dog. This year is extra exciting for us, as we are expecting our first child in November.

I graduated college in 2013 with my BA in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I went back to school and finished my MA from MSU, Mankato this summer as well. I learned a lot from the classes and trainings I took over the summer, and am excited to implement some of those things I learned with my class this year. This is my fourth year teaching at Eagle View Elementary, and my second year teaching Kindergarten here. I have a passion for kindergarten and very excited for what this year has in store for us.

Our classroom will be an environment which all students feel comfortable, loved, and safe. I am a very positive person and my hope is to instill this same positive attitude with your child as well as other important traits such as responsibility, respect, choices, and consequences. All students will be expected to work hard and make smart choices throughout the school day. We can learn a lot, and have a lot of fun along the way, if all students maintain positive attitudes and respect one another.

Our class motto is Play Nice, Work Hard, & Be Kind.

Please feel free to contact me at anytime with questions and concerns you have. Again, I look forward to meeting both you and your child at assessment conferences.
