Title IX/Human Rights Officer

"No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied benefets of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance." 20 U.S.C. 1681(a).

New Prague Area Schools has a process for making a complaint of sexual harassment or discrimination and a grievance procedure that may be obtained from the Title IX Coordinator. Policy 522 provides further details.

A formal complaint can be made in writing by completing this form or by contacting the Title IX Coordinator. Please note that data privacy is no longer guaranteed with a formal complaint.
