FROM OUR SUPERINTENDENT
Dear NPAS team,
It is hard to believe that in just a few weeks, approximately 340 NPHS students will take part in graduation at Trojan Stadium. This is always a meaningful evening as we celebrate alongside our graduates and their families while working to close out another successful academic year.
Recently, you received information regarding our Staff Satisfaction Survey, which is open until May 11. Throughout this academic year, a dedicated group has been working behind the scenes to overhaul how we gather and utilize stakeholder feedback. We recognized that to truly move the needle on student success and staff well-being, we needed better tools. To that end, our goals for this year have been threefold:
- Modernize Surveys: Ensuring we capture accurate experience data.
- Increase Participation: Ensuring every voice across our system is heard.
- Drive Action: Providing relevant data directly to our site-based leadership teams.
You all should have received an email communication from [email protected] on April 27 with a link to the Employee Experience Survey. This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. I would encourage you to do so prior to the survey closing on Monday, May 11! Follow-up emails will be sent to staff on May 4 and 11 to those who haven't yet completed the survey. To-date, only 20% of staff have completed this survey.
Thank you for your continued dedication to making NPAS a place where every voice matters. Your hard work ensures our schools remain special places for students to learn and grow, and for adults to thrive and collaborate. We truly are Better Together.
Take care and Go Trojans!
Sincerely, Andrew Vollmuth

DISTRICT NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
FROM THE WELLNESS COMMITTEE
As we look ahead to the 26-27 school year, NPAS will continue to improve on embedding the district Wellness Policy in our daily practices. This includes a strong focus on promoting healthy food choices, supporting student wellness, and ensuring consistency across all buildings.
In the fall, staff will be provided with detailed guidance, resources, and reminders to help support this ongoing implementation.
The Wellness Committee appreciates your partnership in helping create a healthy environment for all of our students. If you have questions or would like to join the Wellness Committee, please contact Jenny Yetzer or Lindsay Pape.
New Facility Scheduling System Launching July 1
Beginning July 1, NPAS will transition to a new facility scheduling system, Bound. In the coming months, Community Education and the Activities Department will provide information for staff and outside user groups impacted by this change.
You can expect a series of updates, tips, and guidance to help you navigate the new system and ensure a smooth transition.
