A Message From The Superintendent
Dear NPAS Families,
As the 2025–2026 school year comes to a close, I want to extend my gratitude to each of you. Our schools thrive because of the strong partnership between home and the classroom, and your support has been vital to our success this year.
This year, our entire district rallied around a central theme: Better Together. Looking back at everything we have navigated and achieved, I am incredibly proud of how our community embraced this mantra. We saw it daily in your involvement, your encouragement of our students, and your collaboration with our staff. It is because we stand united that we continue to make strides in our vision to be a premier school district—one that models excellence and ensures we prepare all of our students for life’s opportunities.
Reflecting on the last nine months, we have celebrated so many significant milestones, but none quite as foundational as the success we shared this past fall. The passage of our Proud Tradition and Promising Future referendum campaign was a significant victory, reflecting the deep investment our community puts into our children's education. This achievement provides our district with much-needed financial stability for the next several years, ensuring we can protect our vital programs and maintain our focus exactly where it belongs: on the success of our students.
This level of community support inspires us to hold our students and schools to the highest expectations. With this stable foundation, we are more committed than ever to delivering an exceptional education, fostering innovation, and pushing our students to reach their full potential.
We could not have achieved this stability, or the countless daily victories in our classrooms, without your trust and partnership. Thank you for sharing your children with us and for being an active part of our school family.
Now, a well-deserved break awaits our students and staff. I hope this summer brings your family ample time to rest, recharge, and enjoy meaningful moments together.
On behalf of the New Prague Area Schools, thank you for everything you do for our school system. We truly are Better Together. I look forward to continuing our collaborations when we return to school in the fall.
Sincerely,
Dr. Vollmuth
