A Message From The Superintendent

Dear NPAS Families,

It is hard to believe that in just a few weeks, approximately 340 NPHS students will take the field at Trojan Stadium for graduation. This is always a profound evening as we celebrate our graduates’ achievements and reflect on another successful academic year together.

As we look toward the future, we want to ensure our schools continue to be places where every student thrives. To do that, we need to hear from you through this Family Satisfaction Survey. This year, we have been working to modernize how we gather and use feedback from our families and staff. Our goal is simple: to move the needle on student success by ensuring we have the right tools to listen to our community.

This spring, we are focusing on three key areas:

• Meaningful Insights: Updating our surveys to better understand your family’s experience.
• Every Voice Matters: Increasing participation so that our decisions reflect the needs of all our students.
• Local Action: Getting real-time data into the hands of the leadership teams at each of our sites to make immediate, positive changes at your child's school.
