Overall Systems Status Button
Can be added to the Staff Resources page. Clicking the button will take you to the dedicated "Dashboard" page. Currently the button just reloads this test page. Refresh time may be as much as 5 minutes (or more depending on browser cache settings).
This button will show an emoji in order of severity:
🔴 if one or more systems is experiencing an outage
🟡 if one or more systems are degraded, and no systems are experiencing an outage
🔵 if one or more systems have a note, and no systems are experiencing an outage or degradation
🟢 if all systems are fully operational

- 🟡 Partial Disruption
- 🔴 Service Outage
- 🔵 Service Information
