Vote Early In Person: Hours and Locations
In Minnesota, voters no longer need to wait until election day to cast a ballot. Early voting will begin on Friday, September 19, 2025, for registered voters. Location, dates, and times will be posted here soon.
Vote Early by Mail: Instructions
Step 1: Complete an absentee ballot application.
Step 2: Return your ballot application via email to [email protected] or by mail to:

Step 3: Once your application has been completed and returned, you will be mailed an absentee ballot. Fill out your ballot and have a witness sign it.
Step 4: Mail your absentee ballot to the address provided on the included envelope or return it to your special elections office by 8 p.m. on Election Day (Tuesday, November 4).
 HOW CAN I VOTE?Register to VoteElection day is Nov. 4, 2025. Residents of the NPAS district can register to vote or update their voter registration now.
Early Voting / AbsenteeResidents can begin early voting starting on Sept. 19th.
