Payment & Account Information

Student PINs

Students will need to enter their unique PIN at breakfast and lunch. This is a four or 5 digit number assigned to students that will follow them for their entire school career at New Prague Area Schools. Your child's PIN can be found in Campus Parent, displayed under the barcode on the Today screen (the PIN is not the same as the Student Number).

PINs need to be memorized. This PIN pad practice sheet PDF below may be helpful for your child to practice entering their number on the keypad.

Online Payments

Families are strongly encouraged to utilize meal payments via your Campus Portal Parent Account as there is no fee to use it. Each child has his/her own meal account and a separate payment will be required for each child. Online payments credit to your child’s meal account immediately. In Campus Portal, families can make one-time payments, view account balances and cafeteria purchase history, and set up low balance alert emails and/or text messages.

Families can set up automatic payments via Campus Portal so their bank account will be automatically debited when your child’s account balance reaches the desired low amount. For instructions how to set up automatic payments, visit Infinite Campus.

Cash or Check Payments

Nutrition Services will no longer be accepting cash at the point of sale at the Middle School and High School. All transactions must be made using funds from the student’s meal account. Cash or check will be accepted in the lunch money drop boxes in the front office of each school. Lunch money needs to be put in the drop box by 9:00am in order for it to be available in the student’s meal account by lunch time.

Meal payments in the form of cash or check may be dropped off at the front office of your child’s school.
Cash: Must be placed in a sealed envelope with your child’s first/last name on the front.
Check: Must be made out to NPAS Nutrition Services. Please write your child’s first & last name on the memo line of a check.
If you have more than one child in the family, please specify the dollar amount to be applied to each child’s account. Please allow one school day for payments dropped off at a school building to be credited to your child’s meal account.

Payments may also be mailed to:

NPAS Nutrition Services
410 Central Ave. N., Ste. 200
New Prague, MN  56071
