Using a cell or landline phone:

  1. Call your school phone number.
  2. When you start hearing your voicemail message, press the star (*) key.
  3. When prompted, enter your passcode. (typically 4-digits, but may be more)
  4. Follow the prompts to play / save / delete messages.

Using a computer and the Mitel: MiCollab website:

  1. Go to the Staff Resources page, click the MitelMiCollab Client.
  2. Log in... on the left menu, click the Voicemail option.
  3. Click a voicemail message with an option to Play or Delete the message.

Yes, the “SoftPhone” option allows your laptop to function as your school desk phone from any remote location.
